2. When should I start planning for an outdoor lighting system?
It is best to plan for landscape lighting during initial landscape and hardscape planning. This helps if in wall fixtures are needed. But, the majority of our projects are installed in existing landscapes, so we can accommodate most situations.

3. How long will the job take from start to finish?
When we begin a project, we are on that site for consecutive days in order to finish your project in the most timely fashion possible. Typically, small jobs take one to two days to complete; while larger projects may take two days to a week or more. (Upon acceptance of the design proposal, general start and completion dates are discussed and negotiated.) While time is always a consideration for us, we should also note that we never rush our projects.

4. Will the actual installation process damage my yard?
No. We do all of our work by hand with great care. No power machinery is used for our installations, so it's unlikely that there will be any damage to your existing landscape. Most clients say that they would not have known we were there, if it weren't for the alluring lighting effects we left behind.

5. Do you have a warranty?
Yes. You recieve full warranty protection. We explain these industry leading warranties in detail when meeting with the client. We warrant all our work completely:

6. Will my outdoor lighting system require any maintenance after installation?
Just by the fact that a lighting system is visual, there are many components that must come together and work well to achieve its intended design purpose. As a result, your lighting system will indeed require maintenance. No matter how good the fixture--no matter how good the installer--a lighting system requires maintenance at least once a year to make it look as good as it did the very first night you viewed it.
